Every Film Networking Event In Los Angeles (Updated 2017)
Finding people who will produce / fund your film is tough. Let alone finding a reliable crew!
It’s like going to hooker downtown, “I can’t pay you but you’ll get full credit for the job… And I’m pretty sure there’s pizza.”
We all that Step #2 is getting people to believe in your vision, which requires pitching and influence.
But Step #1 is actually meeting people, which requires networking.
I scoff at traditional “networking events” if your purpose is getting connected in this industry, however they are great if your purpose is to get a feel for the community.
